Orders
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.

Contract Creation and Electronic Contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for products you wish to purchase on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process.
- We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
- As your product is despatched from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
Payment
Payment via GooglePay, ApplePay and Credit/Debit cards are charged immediately upon confirming your order.
Delivery, Returns & Refunds
For all in stock orders placed online before 1pm (Mon-Fri) we aim to despatch your goods same day. Goods are not despatched at weekends or on public holidays, so orders placed on these days will be despatched on the next working day.
If your delivery address is outside the United Kingdom your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, Shoes by Suave shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify Shoes by Suave of the problem. NOTHING IN THIS CLAUSE AFFECTS YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
CONTRACT CANCELLATION
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - Order/Contract Cancellation
Please note that under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has been despatched please notify us by email or in writing of your intention to cancel the order within seven working days of receiving the goods. On receipt of the goods back here we will arrange to refund you in full including any delivery costs incurred. Returning goods using our pre-paid returns form enclosed will not be deemed a cancellation of the contract and delivery costs will not be refunded.
Promotional Discounts
Coupons, discounts and promotional discount codes offered by Shoes by Suave are valid only for use as part of a purchase made via www.shoesbysuave.co.uk unless otherwise stated.
